New and Returning Member Registration

NOTE: Placement of new members onto team rosters will take place before the start of the season, space permitting. Get your membership forms in quickly to increase your chances of joining a team!

Those who wish to register a new team please send an email message with the proposed team name and contact information for two team representatives to questions@mmrsl.com.

Registration is first come, first served. A waiting list is maintained each year and is accessed during the season up until July 10th.
